Standard orders must be placed by 11:59 PM PST. All orders are processed within 24 – 48 hours of being placed. All orders placed on weekend or holidays will be processed on the next working day

FREE standard shipping is available for all U.S. orders $100 and more.

A flat rate of $10 will be applied to all U.S. orders under $100.

We don’t currently ship orders to P.O. Boxes.

Return: All shipping costs associated with any return will NOT be refunded.

+ For unopened and perfect condition return item(s): Opened items are considered when the shipping box tape is opened. If for any reasons, you change your mind about your purchase, send us your original package by mail within 10 days from the date you receive your order for a full refund. No original shipping cost is refunded.

+ Incorrect Item(s): Please do NOT open or use the product. Give us a call at 714-924-2526 for assistance.

+ For opened and used item(s): Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns on opened and used items.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Please allow up to 20-30 working days to refund all returns after we have received the item at our warehouse.
